The Local is a pet-friendly apartment community with the following conditions:
Maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit; if pet exceeds 25lbs. at FULL maturity, a pet interview must be conducted prior to move-in.

The following breeds are restricted:
Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pincers, Chows, and Spitz. Additional fees are required.
